Sendwich is available in Dutch, French and English

All services are closely monitored 24h/7d by the Machelen-based IT company BizzPro. They ensure that Sendwich® continues to perform optimally and complies with the latest security protocols. All transactions taking place within Sendwich® are performed on the central server which is backed up at various locations. Down-time is kept to an absolute minimum and services are preferably performed at night so that no one is inconvenienced. In short, the Sendwich® IT process

The organization determines - in agreement with suppliers - at what time it places its final order. So ordering, canceling or changing an order can always be done before that moment, with financial transactions and the digital wallet automatically updated.

Not quite. Sendwich® is a platform that all three parties are connected to (supplier, organization, end user). The supplier and the organization work online with a WEB platform where they can make all the necessary settings and keep a global overview of everything happening around them. The end user, on the other hand, works with a mobile app that allows him to place his order, have an overview of all his transactions, recharge money, and so much more.

Sendwich® is intended for all types of organizations (schools, businesses, youth organizations, sports clubs....), suppliers and end users. As an end user, you can only order through Sendwich® if your organization is also connected to the Sendwich® platform.

Use of Sendwich is completely free for organizations and users. In turn, suppliers pay a percentage on their sales. Would you also like Sendwich to handle all financial processing? Then that's possible for a small supplement.

Yes, you can! Although of course we hate to see you leave... There is no period of time attached to using Sendwich®. Of course we do ask that you also contact the supplier/organization connected to you so that they too can start looking for a new partner in time.
