Parents can order for themselves
Parents usually know best what their children prefer to eat as well as what they are served on other days of the week. Therefore, they too are given the choice to order their own child's lunch via the Sendwich app.
Administrator of multiple children
A child of divorced parents or another responsible for a limited time? No problem! Multiple responsible persons can be designated per child, who in turn can each order lunch for their (grand)child.
Personal profile for children
Does your child have a specific allergy or cannot eat certain foods? In your child's personal profile you indicate any restrictions. Only the dishes that meet the personal settings can then be ordered by the user. This way, mistakes are avoided.
School as central link and distributor of dishes
The school is the central link and has control over who, what and when lunch can be ordered from. The distribution of lunch is then simply done by scanning a personal QR code per student (e.g. QR code in a badge), after which they are handed their lunch.

Having choice is nice, but too much choice creates chaos. For that reason, you can decide which supplier(s) your students can order from. And it can be even more detailed: you can even decide which dishes they can choose between.

Placing, changing and canceling orders
Placed a wrong order or someone changed their mind? Through the app, you can easily change your orders, or cancel them before the closing hour.
